The upstairs in this garage is incorporated into the trusses.  This is a cost effective way to gain a lot of footage with out costing as much as a 2 story building.  The garage is 32' x 36' with an upstairs that is 17'x34'.

This garage required an extreme foundation pour.  It is 28x50 with 10' walls.
